How do I order the product?

There is two ways of ordering the products of your choice,

1. Via e-mail on pctrix.orders@gmail.com

When ordering via e-mail it is very important to send the "description

of the item" as well as the "Part no" on the left of the pricelist.

once the order is recieved  by us you will recieve confirmation.

2. By phoning me direct on 084 789 0134

When phoning me direct it is very important that you have

the "part no" and Product type ready to give verbally

After a order is placed you will receive a quote via e-mail within during same or next business day.

this qoute would be the up to date prices and is valid for only 3 calander days after date of issue, if qoute is accepted and you want your items, the full amount must be paid before any orders is processed, this is only for security purpose, a meeting can be arranged before deals is done! after payment is done and we receive the proof of purshace received, from next working day items will be delivered or ready for collection from me within 3 - 10 working days.

 

ALWAYS remember that the PCtriX Pricelists is generated directly from the manufacturer Pricelist  wich means prices can differ from the current price. (can be more or less and basicly changes weekly)

so if interested a confirmation from you would be needed with "item code" + "Product Description" where i will request a qoute from my manufacturer  and send the exact Prices (qoute wil be sent within 24 Hours from time requested) , if still Interested, the FULL PAYMENT must be done and a valid proof of purchase must be received via e-mail / fax on request with Ref. givin with qoute before order is processed, this must be done the same or next business day. This is to avoid unnecessary orders wich was never intended to collect and for security purpose against fraud.

There is also a Once off fee for shipment delivery wich is worked out per box. Maximum box size: 30cm x 60cm x 45cm, up to 30kg, meaning if you buy items 30kg or less within box dimensions (see Tabel Below) a charge is added, for more then 30kg shipment delivery is free for up to 60kg (2 boxes) if total is more then R12,000 per box. Shipment delivery will only be charged from the 3rd box (60kg and more within box dimensions for 3rd box)as if it was the first and normal delivery rates apply. This fee is for the delivery cost from the Coast, within this Once off fee the Products can also be delivered to the adress of your choice (shipment delivery fee should also be fully paid before delivery is made) if you decide to colect from me @ centurion mall Shop 131 A / WierdaPark the fee would have to be payed on collection before Items will be Given out!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE ANY ORDERS IS PLACED

example 1 - this example is if you are buying less than 30 kg / 30cm x 60cm x 45cm

order for 15 kg - qoute total R8000 to be delivered to pretoria area

Shipment Delivery Charge - R 75.00 (you get charged for your only box as total amount is less than R12 000)

 

example 2 - this is for bulk purchase buying more than 2 boxes of 30 kg / 30cm x 60cm x 45cm each.

order 75 kg - qoute total R30 000 to be delivered to pretoria area

Shipment Delivery Charge - R 75.00 (you only get charged from the third box onwards)

 

 

How do i get my product?

There is two ways of getting your product,

1. Collecting it your self from me at Centurion Mall Shop 131A

2. It can be delivered to your doorstep
